Once the grapes had been selected at the Las Sierras vineyard in the Los Trenzones Estate, perfect ripening was sought to make a premium Cabernet Sauvignon rosé. This grape variety, traditionally considered as the source of some of the best reds in the world, had never been known to make notable rosés in the past. However, we began vinification with extreme temperatures, in order to preserve its powerful aromas, paying particular attention to the wine's development throughout the process. The result is a rosé of a lovely pink with light purple hues; its aroma is intense and attractive, with notes of strawberries and white flowers underscored by the distinctive notes of this grape variety. In the mouth it carries warmth, perseverance and density, with an aftertaste evoking the memory of subdued aromatic notes.
There is no doubt in our minds that this grape variety has amply demonstrated the capacity to offer spectacular rosé wines..» Tasting notes» Download logistical data
