In order to take advantage of the unique wind and sun exposure of these slopes, we embarked on a meticulously thought-out planting process. Individuality is the hallmark of this estate, as each plot is devoted to a particular grape variety: Cencibel (Tempranillo) represents 48%, followed by Cabernet Sauvignon (almost 4%), Garnacha (almost 4%), Merlot (3.3%) and Syrah (almost 4%) in the case of reds; and Sauvignon Blanc (6.3%), Verdejo (almost 22%) and Viura (Airen) (around 7%) in the case of whites. This broad spectrum of varieties allows us to give free rein to our imagination and creativity when making our wines.
The grape-growing practices we employ in our vineyards have two criteria exhaustive care and exceptional pampering and a single purpose to obtain the maximum quality in each and every bunch left on the vine after cluster thinning and green pruning.
